How the Arkgate Buyer Rebate Works

A Transparent Buyer-Rebate Structure

For purposes of calcuating the rebate. Arkgate’s retained amount is the greater of 1% of the final purchase price ot $7.500.
The buyer rebate is calculated from buyer-broker compensation actually received and collected by Arkgate Realty.
An eligible buyer may receive remaining collected compensation as a rebate, up to 2% of the purchase price.
If the compensation received does not exceed the applicable retained amount, no rebate is available.
For purchases of $780,000 or more, a rebate of up to 2% may be available when Arkgate receives buyer-broker compensation equal to at least 3% of the purchase price. For lower purchase prices or lower compensation arnounts, the potential rebate may be less.
