Potentially, yes. Contact Arkgate before submitting an offer or establishing a relationship with another broker so we can confirm whether Atkgate can represent you and whether a rebate may be available.

What buyer services does Arkgate provide?

Arkgate provides professional buyer representation that may include property analysis, showing coordination. comparable-sales review, offer strategy, negotiation, attorney and lender coordination. co-op or condominium guidance and transaction support through closing.

When is the buyer rebate provided?

The rebate is generally provided at or after closing after Arkgate receives and collects the applicable buyer-broker compensation.
The exact timing and method are subject to the written agreement and applicable lender and closing requirements.

What does "Listing Services From 1%" mean?

Arkgate’s listing-side brokerage fee starts from 1% of the final sale price. The final fee and included services may depend on the property and agreed scope of representation. Buyer-broker compensation, if any, is separate and negotiable.
